Her ghostly spirit has been seen in the attic of the dormitory. The girl's mother has been seen in the quad on the grounds near the old plantation house. The ghostly apparition of Indiana Fletcher Jones haunts the campus. She has been seen in her old home, Mount San Angelo. She has been seen standing near the upstairs fireplaces and walking in the dining room.

The building is haunted by a young ghost --denoted by its short and small but barely discernible hazy form-- that wanders the halls late at night.
